Reward for found scanning errors

If you find an error in scanning the markets, we will give you 3 days of the tariff Live or Live+ for each market found within one bookmaker.

Which errors are suitable

The reward is given if the market:

• is not scanned at all;
• it is displayed with a coefficient from another outcome.

What needs to be sent

For verification, you must send:

1. Screenshot from the bookmaker website, where the problematic market is visible.
2. Screenshot of the page The line in our scanner:
• where this market does not exist;
• or where an incorrect coefficient from another outcome is displayed.

Important conditions

• The error should be reproduced at the time of verification.
• The error should not have been registered earlier.
• If the problem is related to the lack of scanning, the market should be stable in a particular bookmaker.
  Short—term absences are allowed - this may occur due to delays in updating the scan.
• No more than 10 rewards in one month.

Examples

✅ Fits

• There is an outcome in bookmaker Total 2.5 is higher, but it is missing from the scanner.
• In the scanner for the outcome, the coefficient from another outcome is displayed.

❌ Doesn't fit

• The outcome was lost for several seconds due to the delay in updating.
• The error has already been sent by another user before.
• The problem does not relate to football.
• The parser is temporarily disabled.
